Political observers give Biden choice thumbs up

Now that Gov. Bill Richardson won't be campaigning to be vice president, is there still room for him in an Obama administration?
Several local political observers think so.
"I think he'll certainly be offered a very high position," said former U.S. Sen. Fred Harris.
"Secretary of state is something I know he's quite qualified for, and I've also heard talk about world bank president," said Harris, a former senator from Oklahoma.
