easy and purple,

i used this product to make something purple and faded into something more purple, less faded. it worked. it was canvas with a waterproof backing. however, the dye came out a bit uneven. i'm not sure if it was user error or not, but since it was purple before you have to look really hard to see the inconsistency. i used the washing machine method. it did not dye my washer.
