Belt Buckle problems, November 28, 2007

The Rose Love belt buckle is beautiful and of a heavy quality. Unfortunately the clasp was broken upon arrival. However, I'm giving 5 stars to the company who immediately offered a refund (out of stock now)and credited my account within 24 hours. I will definitely re-order when they are back in stock because of their committment to excellent customer service.
