Data Conversion Charts was something I saw advertised a very long time ago in Dragon Magazine (back in the 90s) but only recently found on Amazon. The booklet is quite small but is packed with a surprising amount of information; it relates 19 major systems at the time (AD&D, GDW, Chill, DC Heroes, TORG, Traveller, GURPS, Hero, ICE, Star Trek, Chaosium, Star Wars (d6), Marvel Super Heroes, Mechwarrior, Vampire, Palladium, Warhammer, R Talsorian, and Shadowrun to a "statistics abbreviation list" and then to sets of conversion tables that let appropriate attribute from any of these games be converted across. While it doesn't provide conversion support beyond just the numbers, its still a very good starting point for taking a character across game systems.
