I spent hours reading ALL the reviews of ALL of the measuring cup sets listed on Amazon and hopefully I can save you all some time: THESE are the ones to get.

(I even looked at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and cross-referenced to get reviews of their sets... don't bother!)

I have just ONE thing to add to all the other reviews: This set is neck-and-neck with a few others - notably the CIA Masters set - and I was torn until I realized one key thing. These cups have a much smaller circumference and can therefore fit in more things to "scoop." I really thought that aesthetically, the CIA Masters set just looked prettier... but as soon as I found, buried in a review, that the CIA Masters set's 1 cup is 4 inches across I knew it wouldn't fit in my flour and sugar canisters to scoop. It was all over.

I bought these and have never looked back. I love love LOVE them. To reiterate what other reviewers have already noted:

- Even the 1/4 cup is properly weighted so that it doesn't tip over when it's empty or only half full. This was huge for me.

- The cups themselves are properly weighted; not too heavy, not too light.

- It's nice to have the 3/4 cup and the 2/3 cup.

- These stay perfectly clean; no crevices for anything to get stuck in.

- These are quality and won't bend, melt, or ever be altered.

I love having these. It is a pleasure to cook with them. These are the ones to get, and they make a perfect gift for any cook. Even cooks who already have a set will love using their older set as "extra" when a recipe calls for using the same cup more than once, with different ingredients.

I hate replacing things. I've been through probably 10 sets of measuring cups. The plastic ones stained, retained too much later, the handles would fall off. I'm into cooking, not soldering.

This is the last set I'll need to buy. It's metal, no staining, no rivets or welding to break. 1 piece construction means it also doen't have nooks and crannies to make it hard to clean.

I also highly reccommend the Endurance measuring spoon set for all of the same reasons.

My wife was looking all over town for some new measuring cups, but couldn't find any with all of these sizes. Most are missing the 2/3 and 3/4 cup sizes and a lot of her recipes call for those sizes. Not only is it more convenient to have the right size, but it also makes for more accurate measuring. She was determined to find what she wanted, in stainless steel.

Based on what she said she was looking for, I ordered these. She absolutely loves them. They are plenty sturdy, one-piece with no welds to break. The stainless steel is easy to clean. They nest perfectly and are very compact with the short handles, so they take up less space in the drawer.

I expect to buy some more of these as gifts for friends and family but, as for my wife and me, these will outlast both of us.

The Great: these stainless steel measuring cups look very nice. They are all one piece so no handle rivets or welds to break off. They stack nice and compact. They are nice medium duty (not flimsy but not industrial strength either).

The Bad: every cup in this set measure out a little bit more than they actually should. I have been using them frequently for a couple months and I can compensate for the extra capacity. It is hard to describe in words but I will try: fill up leaving about 3 millimeters of space from the top. I have tested this against 2 other sets of measuring cups. I still recommend the set as they are nicely made, just keep in mind the need for a tiny adjustment for recipe accuracy, it does make a difference.

Positives: This six piece set is solid. The cups nest well in each other and have heavy bottoms that hold them in place. Easy cleanup because the stainless steel releases everything easily. Also, the stainless steel looks nice in a kitchen if they are sitting on a shelf. No chemical worries like in plastic either.

Negative: Manufactured in China.

Heavy duty, nice and weighty, won't tip, super compact stacking - an excellent quality product. The handles have a formed depression in them that helps with gripping the cup and preventing it from slipping when you're dipping into flour/sugar. All the qualities I was looking for in a measuring cup set and I know they'll be the last set I have to buy. They would make a nice gift for people who enjoy baking/cooking.

The Endurance 6- Piece dry measuring cup set is the best I've ever seen. They are solidly made, clean and stack easily, and the short handles make it very easy to reach into bags with them. They are so well made they will last forever. The two extra sizes are a major convenience. These are my the first tools to go on the counter before cooking or baking anything. I may buy another set just to have on the shelf. They are a real joy to use. Buy a set, you will not be disappointed

Excellent construction. I love the fact that there are no seams or welds. I also love that all 6 stacked cups fit nicely in a standard kitchen drawer without hitting of falling over. I was weary about the tabs at the end of the cups but they haven't gotten the way yet. I still wish they weren't there and the cups fit much more snug together. In my opinion, if they made the cups fit snugly inside another they wouldn't need those silly tabs.
