This googles as a replacement for the foley fork which is not longer produced. While it is similar in size and shape, the manufacturers missed a critical detail: foley fork tines have a twist to them. This is essential for cutting butter into biscuit dough or pie dough.
This is a useful implement but not as good as a foley fork. However, it is currently a lot cheaper than buying a foley fork on ebay.

We used our old Foley forks until they were falling apart and rusted. This fork is just what I wanted to replace the Foley fork. The handle is very comfortable and the tines seem to be very sturdy - our old ones tended to bend. We even ordered extras to send to family as gifts.

I had one of these large forks in my Mother's stuff, but could never find one. This one is stainless steel and therefore won't rust (the old one did). It is great for mixing stuff, scrambling a lot of eggs, pan or deep frying, and lots more. I have a spare now because I use it every day.

I bought this as a replacement for my bent up 1970s Foley Fork and it does not measure up at all - the tines are flat not angled so it lacks the special ability of the original to cut as well as mash. dont waste your money.

We had an old Foley Fork from Grammy....this is almost identical...except it is not 50 years old....WOW>...what a find...
will order more for my boys in college...great for cooking...picking up pasta...stirring...all around great utensil

I looked for this fork for many years before finding it on Amazon. I use it for the beginning stages of making bread. I can mix all the way up to time to knead with this fork. The bread comes out smoother and lighter. Thanks to my step mother for introducing me to this when my children were very small.

This is the best item to use when you need to stir up a meatloaf or blend pastry. My Mom had one when I was growing up and so I am now enjoying my own.

I've tried all sorts of mashers, but they're hard to use and often difficult to clean. Furthermore, they take up a lot of space in my utensil drawer. I kept remembering the forks my mother and grandmother used to use and looked all over for them with no success. Then I thought of Amazon. Presto! Two days and $12 later, I had my fork. Great product.

I was broken-hearted when I broke off a tine on my faithful Foley fork, which I've had for about 30 years. Of course they aren't made anymore, and I didn't know how I would manage without it - I used it all the time. I hunted all over for something that could replace it and was thrilled to find this. It isn't exactly the same, but pretty close. I'm sure once I'm used to it I'll be just as attached to it and hopefully it will last me as long (I bought 2 of them just in case).

The Fantastic Food Fork that arrived today looks just like my old reliable Foley Food Fork.
Sometimes longterm use shapes the tines.
