Got the phone within 2 days.

Setup for skype was very easy, just put in your user-name and password -> done.
After that making calls via skype is also very easy to handle and if you have a skype phonenumber it tells you if you receive a call via landline or skype.

The only drawback are the plugs on this phone, they are european! I was very surprised since I ordered it on Amazon US. I had to use converter plugs to make it work. This should be in the product info!

With US plugs it would have been a 5 star rating.

I bought this phone through Skype hoping to cut down on my phone bills. I chose this one because it's endorsed by Skype, so I assumed - like a moron - it would be easier to set up with the service and I might get better support. Naive, I know. I had several problems with the phone right out of the box:

1. The buttons don't always respond. Sometimes you have to push 2 or 3 times before the phone does what you ask it to.
2. You have to mash the buttons really hard to get a response - if you get one at all.
3. I couldn't dial a phone number using the phone. Every time I started dialing it would exit the dialing screen after a few seconds.
4. I couldn't change the time zone on the phone. I selected my time zone multiple times in the settings, but it didn't actually change on the phone.
5. DualPhone's website suggests downloading the latest software update if you experience problems, but when I tried to do that, the update software option was greyed out on the phone.

I contacted DualPhone about the problem via email - the only method of contact they offer. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. This phone is total crap, and the company that sells it is shady at best. Don't waste your money.

We had this phone for about over a year, and we had lots of problem since we got it. First of all, the buttons are hard to press for dialing the phone number and the speaker phone function did not work short after we got it. Then, most of the time the phone did not ring. Therefore, my husband had to forward the phone to ring on our cell phone, and we answered it with this Skpe phone. Two days ago, the phone just died. It won't connect to internet. This phone is not reliable at all.
