Need motivation to get off your butts and run. Here it is. As you sing cadence along with The Marines, you will forget about the pain of the run and do what you need to do.

Once I started running I quickly got into the tempo the Marines were running to. I stayed motivated and wanted to keep running because I truly felt like I was there but I eventualy hit my limit. With this cd and the rest of them (I got the 3vol. deal) I should be achieving my goal and beyond. URAH!!!!
