RV RAMBLING THE USA puts into print the memories of recreation vehicle traveling through visits to forty six of the states in North America (including Alaska) and several of the Canadian Provinces. The author has combined into one volume and edited the experiences which he and his late wife enjoyed during nearly six years of travel, all previously appearing as semimonthly columns in the Laconia (NH) Citizen and/or Woodall's Regional Publications. Presented in narrative format, it is arranged by geographical region, rather than the chronological dates of their visits. Unlike many similar RV travel books, it is designed not only for RV/camping enthusiasts, but is written in a manner which the author hopes will help those using other travel and lodging preferences, to plan their vacation or retirement experiences. Many friends and followers of the newspaper column have used the information presented in just that manner, and reported their delight in the availability of such a source of information to guide them through preparations for their trips.

About the Author
After spending nearly fifty years in the private sector in positions which required research and composition of reports and related articles, as well as his critique of the work of others, Gordie Weymouth is eminently qualified as an author. Added to his literary experience was the function of bowling editor of a Connecticut newspaper and nearly ten years as an appointed or elected town official, requiring writing skills. For a period of six years, while he and his late wife toured much of North America in their travel trailer, the author submitted more than one hundred fifty travel articles, published in a major New Hampshire newspaper, and a number of feature articles in national recreation vehicle publications.
