Beth A. Barnett is an artist, writer, and vegan cook. Her book, Rabbit Food Cookbook is a unique and visually interesting combination of illustrations and information, including almost 100 practical vegan recipes. Though originally from Indiana and educated in Ohio, Beth has made herself at home in the lush Willamette Valley in NW Oregon for many years. Format: Spiral-bound
I agree with the previous reviewer... no super fancy schmancy recipes here, instead recipes for everyday that will be used over and over. I personally have more than enough of the recipes that are for "special occasions" and am happy to add this little book to my collection of vegan cookbooks. Love the format and the ring binder, so the pages can lay flat. The illustrations make the book even more special.

....but it is one of my most used cookbooks. We bought it directly from the author, Thought that was pretty rad.
