Should have known when I saw the price. They seemed cheap and they are. In order for the rabbits to be able to get water out of these you have to loosen the threading enough to where they constantly drip. If you tighten them down enough to stop leaking then the pin is too stiff to be moved by the rabbits to allow any water to be released. Even then, the cheap plastic threads on the back side of the valve leak.

Getting them adjusted just right isn't easy. When the stems are loose enough for the rabbits to work with their tongues, the valves drip. Tightening the valves so they don't drip, makes the stems too stiff for the rabbits to activate.

They clog easily with dirty water. So if you are using well water for example, the nozzles will either clog and not flow, or continuously flow. Other than that, they are a great idea. I don't know how they will work in the winter though. I imagine the water will freeze in the water line.

100 times better than the cheap ebay ones that are $5 and under. Plastic T's are far superior and very tough than the flimsy red ones of cheaper variants. Drinker tip itself is heavy and clips easily and sturdily to cages. My rabbits haven't been able to chew them up as yet (2 months) but I'm not worried. Water tubes fit snug without the need for tight-straps.
