I have 4 kids and sometimes dinner guests. FINALLY a pan big enough to cook a big portion. We only have 4 burners right? It is deep and wide and cleans like a dream. It might be good for commercial, but us breeders need big pans too!

I needed to replace an old non-stick pan, and saw the Rachael Ray one. I was delighted when it arrived. It is a heavy pan and heats evenly. The silicon handle does stay cool. I made pancakes for the grandkids, and they all turned out even and golden colored. The chicken alfredo pasta finished off in this pan was beautiful! Pan is easy to clean. I expect to get a long use out of this great pan.
