Poorly engineered,

I have a number of Rachel Ray stuff but the last two purchases were disappointing. The handle on this skillet is long and heavy making it tip over unless there is something in the skillet. I finally slid the orange cover off and used a hack saw to remove an inch or two from the handle. Not a great solution but at least it will sit flat now.

We noramlly use it for eggs. It is a heavy pan, great non-stick surface. The only downside, is the pan tilts until you put something in it. All in all, would recommend.
