Not a sturdy product, not worth the price.,

The item is made with very thin plastic. The bowl didn't ship well. I received the item damaged. Would not recomend. I ended up going on eBay and buying an antique Texas Ware bowl.

Ugly & Cheap,
This review is from: Rachael Ray Garbage Bowl, Quartz (Kitchen)
I bought the RR "granite" style bowl to use for carrying food scraps out to our compost, thinking it would look nice enough to leave out on the counter. When it arrived I was disappointed by how incredibly ugly it was. I'm giving it two stars because it was a decent size and worked fine for it's purpose -- for about two weeks. Then it cracked all the way down one side. Turns out my garbage bowl was garbage. Go to the dollar store and buy a big plastic bowl there; it'll probably last longer, look better, and save you lots of money!

Attractive but not worth the money,
This review is from: Rachael Ray Garbage Bowl, Quartz (Kitchen)
I bought six of these to give as Christmas gifts. Shipped three of the six and two were broken when they arrived at destination. The bowl is very thin and I don't believe will hold up for very long. You can even see "through" the lighter spots. Save your money and go to Bed, Bath and Beyond instead and buy the thick white melamine bowls by Osti - set of three with spout and rubber non skid ring for $14.00.

Can't use in Microwave,

I really do love these bowls. I got one that is darker green. Love it. I even ended up getting a Zak set of bowls. They nest and are different sizes and colors. My only problem is that I wish they could be used in the microwave. But everything has a limitation.

Cracks when Refrigerated,
This review is from: Rachael Ray Garbage Bowl, Quartz (Kitchen)
I had one of these bowls and put some chili in it to store in the refrigerator. The next day the whole bowl was cracked down the side. Some spilled out onto the refrigerator shelf--what a mess. Needless to say, I had to through out the bowl after one use.

Either Rachael Ray is tiny tiny tiny or the bowl she uses is big compared to what this is...it serves it's purpose though and is really pretty

Misleading,

The bowl that RR uses on her show appears to be wider and larger than this one. It's not as large as I hoped it to be. It's still useful but the material its made of really isn't as attractive as the picture.

"It's ugly but very useful!",
By
This review is from: Rachael Ray Garbage Bowl, Quartz (Kitchen)
While this bowl is hardly the nicest looking thing in my kitchen, it has become the most useful! I have dozens of bowls I could have used, but there is something about this deep plastic bowl that allows me to really stop and put my "garbage" in it while preparing a meal. I've stopped running back and forth to the trash can and just put all my scraps, peelings, wrappers, etc. right in it. I absolutely love it! Rachael does have some good ideas!
