The pan is a really nice looking pan and even though I wanted something else I am sure I can use this for something.

I did not know they even made this pan I have always made my cakes on a cookie sheet I love this pan so quick and easy and always the same size,
The only thing I would want to see is a few receipes for fillings and cakes or other uses for the pan.
Love the pan

I really don't make whoopie pies. I actually just use these to bake leftover muffin batter. It makes nice muffin tops.

although whoopie pies can be made without a special pan, this pan makes the whoopies even and just about perfect. It also browns the the whoopies nicely which I think makes them taste even better. Very happy I purchased. The whoopies did not stick at all to the pan, I don't even oil the pan.

Would be nice to have these slightly deeper but my kids love them nonetheless.
I use them to make cashew bread for making mini-sunbutter and jelly sandwiches.

A great pan if you are baking from the "Wheat Belly" cookbook. I made cinnamon "whoopies" and they turn out great in these pans.

I got this by mistake cause basically I wanted a muffin tin and found out that muffin tins and Whoopie pie pans are two different things. This is too small for what I wanted it for (my fault) I should have done more research and for the price it would probably cost me to ship it back I would rather keep it. All in all it really is a nice pan. I like the side grips that help you hold on to the pan better, that is a plus for me as I have Fibromyalgia and have alot of problems with my hands. The pan is a really nice looking pan and even though I wanted something else I am sure I can use this for something. I have never made whoopie pies but there is a low carb recipe that is something like a whoopie pie and I am sure I will be able to use it for that. This will probably turn out to be one of those little happy accidents. For the price I am sure it will be worth it.

I have used this pan a few times, and so far it has met my expectations. The holes are a bit smaller than I realized, but they work for my use. I use the pan to make small grain free buns, and since the buns are higher in calories than usual buns, the smaller size works just fine. I've had a hard time with non stick pans in the past, so I've buttered the pan both times so far, not willing to risk it.
