I just received this pot and after using it have ordered another for a gift. The weight and balance is great. I love the glass lid too. Orange wasn't my color of choice, but I can live with it. The pot handle stays cool to the touch, no need for a pot holder. The handle on the lid did get a bit warmer than I expected. I bought this to replace a pot with nonstick coating that has been around for a while. No more of that nonstick stuff for me again. Stainless is the only way to go. Cleans like a dream. If needed, a tiny bit of Barkeepers Friend will take care of anything.

This cookware is of such good quality, heavy gauge aluminum, even heating, and I love the glass lid as it is easy to see the contents. I purchased two of these saucepans and have another order coming with the
6 qt. Deep Saute Pan. Completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone.

This is my "go to" pot. The right size for most things. Even heat and easy to keep clean. Only problem it won't fit in my pots and pan drawer under the oven so I have to keep it in the oven. Not the worse thing. If I needed another one I would get this size again.
