The shipment of this item was quick and it arrived in good condition. However, what was ordered was a USB keyboard and what arrived was a PS2 keyboard! Due to time constraints, we were not able to ship it back and get the USB keyboard advertised. Fortunately, there were PS2 ports available on the unit for which we were using the keyboard. Other than that, the keyboard rack seems substantial and fits well into a standard 19" rack. The slides move smoothly. It powered up and worked immediately with no problems. I really like the provisions for securing the keyboard cable to the extension arm and hardware was provided. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase, but the error in USB versus PS2 could have been disasterous!
