Amazing product, very easy to use and setup. However, the first wall bracket broke when the item was hung on the wall (empty). I'll need to contact the manufacturer, just haven't got a chance yet.
That being said, out of the 6 Products from Racor this was the only issue I had.

The center part that attaches to whatever you want to mount this on is plactic, and the metal rack snaps onto the plastic where one screw gets nearly all of the stress.
