Without a doubt, if you prepare vegetables in your cooking, you will enjoy using this tool. It is simply the best peeler I have ever used. Whether it be this larger size or it's smaller cousin, the Rada Vegetable peeler is a quality piece of kitchen equipment. I have two of each size.
