This knife sharpener is unsurpassed! I needed a good sharpener for my fillet knife and this is the best I've ever used. I fish for salmon and there's nothing worse than a dull fillet knife when it comes time to clean the salmon. This is the perfect gift for your fishing friends.

Six of us rented a house in Arizona, I had never seen one of these knife sharpeners before, the kitchen knife was pretty dull, making dinner prep take awhile. After digging around in the kitchen cabinets looking for a sharpener we found the RADA. It took about three or four strokes through the sharpener the knife was plenty sharp. My friend was blazing through the ingredients for cole slaw, to go with the steaks, when oooops, he had nearly shaved the skin to the bone between the fisrt and second knuckle of his index finger. After some quick first aid he finished the slaw and dinner went off with no problems. The finger healed ok just a little nerve damage.
