I have seen this band live lots and lots of times and have watched them grow- this album really shows their progression - it still feels real - not over produced or slick- but at the same time this band just sounds tighter and tighter -
so refreshing to hear an original band that is "pop rock" in a listenable way but not in a watered-down crappy way
I give them 4 stars because I know they have yet to release their 5 star Cd yet - which I know will happen

Choking Ahogo is amazing. I loved the last album, Citrus, but I think the guys were still finding their niche with that one. Radars and Maps shows a clear progression from Citrus. From the opening song, Ellie May Drove, to the last one...this album simply ROCKS!

You need to check these guys out...so you can say you heard of them before everyone else catches on! It's a matter of time...

these guys just get better and better -
I have seen them live about 50 times and love their shows - their last Cd was good - this one is great - you should go see them and buy their CDs -
and catch the wave before they get discovered and you will be out of the loop -
