5.0 out of 5 stars An unusually insightful and vivid compendium of verse, February 9, 2003
This review is from: Radiance: Poems (Paperback)
Radiance is a collection of free-verse poetry by Joe Osterhaus which evokes impressions time, as well as involving all five senses and elicits fond memories in a deftly worded search for moving and treasured experience. Radiance is commended for being an unusually insightful and vivid compendium of verse. "Thus I can speak to you, now that your voice/has fallen from the government's steel case/and asks that I compare old coins with leaves: a coin, if one dent mars its image, grieves."
