Looking for a new tool for your healing tool box? This is a delightful and useful sound healing tool for anytime of the day or night. The music is clearly not going to send you into an entrainment state of deep meditation or waking somnambulism. IF you want Theta or Delta brain massages go to Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, who I also love. The beauty of this CD is in the calm and beautiful tones which are vehicles for sending you the subliminal messages and helping you enjoy whatever it is you are doing or need to do. I am a huge fan of this CD, still! It has been out since 1994. The subliminal messages are all listed on the inside of the album cover in liner notes. You can not see them prior to purchase if you are buying on line. "I now experience radiant health and well being in my life", is an example. [...] will take you to a site where you can see a pdf of all the subliminal messages. The MP3 download is a real bargain, but it is sure nice to have the CD and amazon has the lowest price for it I have seen anywhere. Get well soon! And oh, I have never consciously heard the subliminals pop out over the music.

This CD has wonderfully relaxing music coupled with subliminal messages to improve your health and healing. I have Fibromyalgia, Lupus, and Arthritis and I have seen a noticeable difference for the better in my health since I started listening to this CD. I do listen daily, but the music is really great, I never get tired of it. It can be blended into the background as well. This CD has helped so much that I have bought other CDs by Steven Halpern to help with getting restful sleep. They work great too!

I don't know if it is because the music or because of my faith on it, but it doesnt fail. I listen to it when I feel any pain and it definitively goes away, be it a headache or PMS. :) It is great.
