Radici of Tuscany Chianti Red Wine Jelly contains juicy, organic apples from the Arno valley that are slow-cooked with sweet spices and Chianti red wine, becoming a dense, 'Chianti-style' chutney, tailor made for beef, pork, lamb, or cheese plates. Great for freshening sauces and glazes as well. Exquisite painted on roasted chicken or holiday turkey. In the beautiful Tuscan hamlet of Loro Ciuffenna, Sandra Masi, Viviano Venturi, and their small, skilled crew produce an amazing variety of organic products. Their focus is on regional, traditionally-inspired dishes created from local recipes and containing heirloom cultivars.
