5.0 out of 5 stars How Can You Rate This Less Than 5?
I love this CD, just love it. And it's not just for kids, it includes cleaned up versions of popular songs, so the overplayed are now somewhat different, the best tacks are: 1. Back Here/BBMAK- Beautiful song by the popular boy band from the U.K. One of my very favorite boy band song, and the only compliation to feature them! 2. Mamma Mia/A*Teens- My fav A*Teens song...

2.0 out of 5 stars Not as fun as the first two Kids Jams
My kids (6 & 9) love the Kids Jams 1 & 2, as well as La Vida Mickey. Part of what makes these collections fun is that they are a good mix of pop music & silly kid songs. The Vol. 3 is lacking in the "silly kid songs". It's predominantly pop songs and a little less appropriate mix than the previous CD's. The upside is that this CD contains the...

2. Mamma Mia/A*Teens- My fav A*Teens song. Very simple, but the most powerful vocals and tune of any ABBA cover they've released. 3. All Star/Smash Mouth- Sure they're exploiting us. I still like the song. 4. How Do I Feel [The Burrito Song]- Buy it for this song alone- Hoku is the ultimate pop singer, about 7,000 times better than Britney! I love every part of the song, the lyrics, the melody, the funky Hawaiian sound- you'll love it! 5. Jumpin' Jumpin' [Party Mix]/Destiny's Child- Very different from the girls' release. This one has much cleaner lyrics, but the same tune. Great when you just need a break from the album version. 8. Thinkin' About You/Britney Spears- Not on any other CD except "Baby.. One More Time." I strongly dislike Britney, but this is one of her better songs. 10. Don't Say You Love Me/ M2M- Completely written by the Norweigan pop duo. Beautiful song dedicated to a guy trying to rush them into a relationship. Beautiful song. The other tracks are very overproduced and directed basically at the very young. "Dance With Me" by Debelah Morgan sounds completely wrong, the "Let's make love!" line of the chorus is replaced with "Let's Have Fun!" and it just doesn't gel. A good compliation featuring otherwise hard to find singles. I would have been happier if they would have included the Christina Aguilera "Come On Over/Ven Conmigo" mix, but there's always next time.

4.0 out of 5 stars Better than the other two!, August 21, 2001

This is good for the third series in Radio Disney. My most favorite song is Tik N' Tak's "Upside Down". My other favorite songs on here are "How Do I Feel", "All Star", Jumpin' Jumpin', "Don't Say You Love Me", "Vacation", "Dancing In the Street" and "If you Wanna Dance". The Hampster Dance song is the worst on the entire cd and is a very childish song. I also don't like "Thinking About You" by Britney Spears and it's definitely time for her to start making a new album soon. This CD is good and I can't wait until the Jams Vol. 4 CD comes out in September.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Good Compilation CD For Kids!, July 13, 2001
Most artists albums aren't sutible for all ages. So Disney took some good songs that everyone can hear regardless of what their age is. The songs are: 1. "Back Here" by BBMak- a great song with a catchy tune. 2. "Mamma Mia" by A*Teens- an ok remake of the ABBA classic. 3. "All Star" by Smash Mouth- A good debut single for the group. 4. "How Do I Feel" by Hoku- Don Ho's daughter's current single. 5. "Jumpin' Jumpin'" by Destiny's Child- good beat. 6. "The Hampster Dance"- funny, funny, funny. 7. "Dance With Me (edit)" by Debeleh Morgan- the version for kids 8. "Thinkin' About You" by Britney Spears- a good song. 9. "We Like To Party" by Vengaboys- catchy 10. "Don't Say You Love Me" by M2M- Wonderful song 11. "Vacation" by Vitamin C- A clever tune 12. "Dancing In The Street" by Myra- The best remake ever! 13. "If You Wanna Dance" by Nobody's Angel- A good first single 14. "Uside Down (Edit)" by Tik N' Tak- not bad 15. "Valentino" by Bowling For Soup- not the way I would end it but not bad. The hilight of the album is "Dancing in the Street" performed by Myra. Buy this for anyone under age 13! They'll love it!

4.0 out of 5 stars pretty good CD, August 27, 2002
A Kid's Review
This CD is pretty good. In between some songs, the DJs say all this stupid stuff and it gets very annoying after awhile. Here are the songs that are on it:
1. Back Here-I like this song.
2. Mamma Mia-This is by A*Teens, not ABBA, and I like A*Teen's version better.
3. All Star-This song is awesome!
4. How Do I Feel [The Burrito Song]-One of the best on the CD. Hoku is SO much better than Britney Spears.
5. Jumpin' Jumpin' [Party Mix]-I don't really like this one.
6. The Hampster Dance Song-This song is so cool!
7. Dance With Me [Radio Disney Edit]-It's okay. I think it's sort of stupid that they changed "let's make love" to "let's have fun". I dont think parents would really care about that.
8. Thinkin' About You-4 words....I Hate Britney Spears.
9. We Like to Party-ugh. This song is ANNOYING with a capital A-N-N-O-Y-I-N-G!
10. Don't Say You Love Me-This is really pretty. I like it a lot.
11. Vacation-Vitamin C isn't my favorite, but this is pretty good.
12. Dancing in the Street-Somethin about this song annoys me.
13. If You Wanna Dance-It's OK.
14. Upside Down Radio Edit [Steve Jaimes Mix]-This is a cool song!
15. Valentino-this song is really funny. I think they could have ended it with a different song though, but this song is cool.
Overall, it's a pretty good CD. I think parents might get annoyed by the hampster dance and we like to party though.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good collection for young children, July 13, 2002

Lady from KC (Kansas City, MO) - See all my reviews

Most young children between 5-9 like pop music. Today's videos are too provocative, so my son doesn't get to see them. (I think they are for older kids anyway) The radio disney series offers many good pop songs that are not offensive. I highly recommend the whole series for this age group.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than Now 5 and Totally Hits 3 put together!!!, February 21, 2001
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 3 (Audio CD)
I saw this CD at a local Target store and got it because it had a really good mix of songs with a couple I had not heard of. But when I popped it in my player, I was blown at what a great mix it was! I have Now5 and Totallyhits3 and neither of them have more than 10 songs that kids like(too much R&B). But this is filled to capacity with every big hit that kids like. My Favorites are Mamma Mia-A*Teens, All Star-Smash Mouth, How do I feel-Hoku, and Vacation-Vitamin C, though every song is worth buying as a single. Also some fun little songs they put in were The HampserDance Song and Valentino. The Hampsterdance is such a fun song and Valentino is hilarious! One of the lines is" I sent her flowers and some candy. She opened them up and said: YOUR TRYING TO MAKE ME FAT!!!" This is a great cd and you should get it right away. "Move over totally hits, Radio Disney Jams is comin' through!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good CD, February 22, 2006
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 3 (Audio CD)
Radio Disney Jams 3 is a good cd. The only thing I don't like about this cd is when a song begins, you hear the previous song just ending. Commonly called a crossfade with no break in between tracks. This would drive you crazy if you upload these songs to your iPod.

The upside is that this CD contains the beloved "Hampster Dance". If you haven't bought any of the Kids Jams CD's, I would start with one of the first two, not this one.

1.0 out of 5 stars Didn't get what I ordered, November 11, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 3 (Audio CD)
I ordered Disney jam vole.3. But received Disney jams vole.4.
The front insert in case is for Disney jams vole.4 but the back insert with list of songs is for Disney jams vole.3.
For cd inside is for vol.4, not what I ordered.
Somehow I received a vol.4 cd with a list of vol.3 songs, Not very useful!
Disappointed but not worth my money or time to send back.

5.0 out of 5 stars Totally Radio Disney!, November 28, 2006
This review is from: Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 3 (Audio CD)
This is the very first Radio Disney CD I ever purchased. Unlike all the other volumes, when one song ends the next song begins, crossfading over the ending of the previous one. There are no silent interval pauses before the next track starts - this album is like the Radio Disney station on a CD! The music is non-stop, you will love all the songs. I liked every one of them and my very favorites include "The Hampster Dance," "All Star," "Mamma Mia," and "Vacation." I gave each track on this CD a perfect 10, so overall, Jams 3 gets a perfect score of 10!
This is what I have to say about each song.

Back Here - This BBMak hit is totally great.

Mamma Mia - This is my second favorite song in this volume. The A-teens were a big hit at that time when their ABBA Generation CD came out.

All Star - The third best song. Smash Mouth's song totally rocks!

How Do I Feel? - This "Burrito" song was good. What else can I say.

Jumpin' Jumpin' (Party Mix) - This is a more appropriate version when it comes to Radio Disney's music.

The Hampster Dance Song - BB Good, one of the Radio Disney DJ's, was right. This is "the very best song" of all! Every time I hear this song, I can't help but dance wildly to the music. This song makes me go absolutely crazy! This is my top favorite hit from this volume! It's a lot of fun!

Dance With Me (Radio Disney Edit) - For children, this version is more suitable for them to listen. Some of the lyrics are a bit different like "Let's have fun" instead of "Let's make love."

Thinkin' About You - This song by Britney Spears is really rockin'! But still, I wonder why they didn't include the Backstreet Boys like in the previous two volumes. They were a big hit just like Britney at that time.

We Like To Party - I don't know if this is "the perfect Radio Disney theme song," like Ernie D says, but this is another one of those songs that I go wild over. It really makes you move!

Don't Say You Love Me - This song can be heard in Pokemon, the First Movie. What more can I say about this song?

Vacation - Tied with "Mamma Mia" for my second favorite song, this is one of the hottest tracks in this volume! If I can remember correctly, this song can be heard in Pikachu's First Vacation. You'll want to get up, party, and vacation with this song.

Dancing In The Street - From Disney's Recess: School's Out, Myra's version of this golden oldie can really get ya jammin'! I'm still trying to figure out who the original artist of this song is.

If You Wanna Dance - This is more of a dance club hit than a Radio Disney song, but it's still good. It rocks!

Upside Down - I love this song! It can turn your party, well, upside down. What else?

Valentino - What an ending to an album like Radio Disney Jams 3! I don't know why they put this song in this volume, but I think one reason would be that it came out the day before Valentines Day.

To summarize, all songs on Radio Disney Jams 3 will get your party rollin'. There's no other volume in this series that is just like volume 3.
