5.0 out of 5 stars Handle grip broke after 2 yrs but....
A great toy. Lots of fun time spent riding on our hardwood floors. But when 2nd child started to use the 2 yr old toy the handles broke. Radio Flyer is replacing them for a 3$charge.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bucked Off Too Many Times!
...
My son and daughter have never had a problem with any other ride-on toy tipping over, I think it's very poorly designed and would not recommend it to anyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars A walking tool, November 5, 2002

My son received this before he began walking. It literally helped him learn balance and how to walk. He's now almost 19 mos. and zooms through the house pushing it from the head. He does also ride on it occasionally. I've found it to be very sturdy; we've never had a problem with it flipping over. We just have to watch that he doesn't "ram" into furniture and walls. He's learned to "steer" it and avoid the walls and has done very well. He loves it.

My 19 months old son loves it. He rides on it around the house and makes rrrmm....rrrmmm noises. A fun toy. If it were only higher/taller...it's almost already too short for my son.

Before my daughter could walk, she could bang enthusiastically around the house on this horse. "Horse" naturally became one of her first words. At 15 months, it remains her favorite toy.

My daughter got this toy when she was about 9 months old. She turned it around backwards and held onto the handles to learn how to walk. She would squeal with delight and do laps around our house. She was able to swing the horse around and go in another direction if she got stuck in a corner. She is now 2 1/2 and races the horse all over the house and outside. This is a great toy that was worth every penny!

I purchased this toy for my granddaughter's first birthday. All the children took a turn riding it at one time or another, and it was one of the most popular gifts at the party. It is easy to assemble, and well made.

Really cute and classic looking. Both of my children loved this toy. Our children have had plenty of use out of it. Only downfall is the handles won't stay on the horse. We had to replace them for the second child. But other than that it is a nice toy.

We got this when my daughter wasn't quite old enough for it yet and it sat in a corner for a few months. Now that she is 13 months old and likes ride on toys, this is one of the best. Plus, it looks nice and old fashioned so no one thinks that it looks out of place when it is left out (as everything always seems to be).

4.0 out of 5 stars classic toy that is both sturdy and nice looking, November 9, 2006
This review is from: Radio Flyer Rolling Pony (Toy)
I bought this for my 1 year old. He likes to push it around like a walker. He is not into riding it yet but I am sure that will come. My 4year old likes to ride it-very sturdy-and goes zooming around the house. Works well on both carpet and hard floors. Personally, I bought it because I am tired of plastic toys that make noise. This wooden horse has a classic look and actually doesn't look half bad in our living room-not an eye sore like some of the other ride ons.
