5.0 out of 5 stars Adorable
This trike is the cutest thing ever! We got it for 18 month daughter for Christmas. She just loves it. Unfortunately, she is a little short for it still, so she doesn't reach the pedals. Right now we have to guide her around but she is going to love it even more when she can bike around herself. There are blinkers that actual signal. It is so cute, I am so glad that...

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed -- Pedals don't work well
I was hugely disappointed by this trike. After reading the positive reviews for this product and for the red version, I was sure it was going to be a great trike. The trike is more suitable for a three-year-old, based on size. The pedals are very stiff, and require even adult force to really get them going. Maybe we just got a lemon, but I would definitely check out...

The reason I gave it only four stars is because of the instructions of putting it together. Either the instructions are wrong or they gave me the wrong screws. Yes, I got it together, it seems sturdy but not thrilled with the 'put-together'..........will be curious to see how others review this.

My husband and I were both so pleased with the product. Of course our two year old grandaughter loved it as well. I have a feeling this trike is going to last her a lifetime. It's built pretty sturdy and very durable. Thanks!

Great first trike - granddaughter immediately found the storage, loaded it up and got ready to ride!! And of course, the buttons that cause the sounds.

5.0 out of 5 stars After some minor tweaks, this trike is a winner!, January 3, 2012

My two and a half daughter loves her trike so much I am buying a second one for grandma's house. I read the negative reviews and thought I'd post our experience: The front wheel squeaked loudly, until we sprayed it with lubricant, fixing the squeak and making it easier to pedal. The music failed initially, sometimes getting stuck on this horrific, piercing noise. I replaced the poor quality batteries that were included with new ones and haven't had a problem since.

My daughter is below average in size, but has no problem pedalling and manuvering this trike. She rides it everyday, hauling toys in the underseat storage. It pedals both forward and backwards, unlike standard tricycles. I love its retro look, could do without the music, but love the product anyway.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pink Dream Machine, December 19, 2011

This Radio Flyer trike was easy to assemble with using common tools. After reading other reviews about how tough it was to peddle I made sure to test it out before giving it to my daughter for her birthday. This gift was a hit and my daughter just loves it and she will be able to grow into it so it will provide years of enjoyment.

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed, November 19, 2011

We've had this tricycle for three years and are very disappointed with it. It's cute and the lights/sounds are cool, but our little girls (and most of our neighbors who've tried it too) just can't ride it very well. The lever-arms on the pedals are very short, and the front tire (the one with the pedals) is hard plastic. When our 2-3 year-old girls try to pedal, it's just too hard, and they give-up quickly. Sad to see such a cute toy go unused as the regularly choose other toys to play with outside. Strongly recommend looking for a more usable tricycle for your little ones.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not a good deal..., February 20, 2011

My mother in law bought this for our daughter for her second birthday. It was a little too big for her, but we weren't concerned - kids grow, right? :) BUT - the pedals are SO difficult to push, that even as a tall four year old now, she cannot use it... Not to mention the horrific squeeling and squeeking it makes when it does get going - it is just no fun at all. My 3 year old holds he ears and yells, while my four year old uses all her might to get the pedals to work. SUCH a waste of money - and it wan't cheap, so it is that much more disappointing. Do yourself a favor and by something different. Yes, the trike is stury and made well - but that doesn't really matter when my kids can't pedal the dang thing!

2.0 out of 5 stars Sounds and Honks don't work, February 19, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Radio Flyer Classic Lights and Sound Trike, Pink (Toy)
I'm very disappointed with the bike, I bought this for my 2 yrs old daughter because of the sounds and honks and lights are very atractive. Once we got it, only the lights work, my daughter would have prefer it with the music and honks.
