Yesterday on my weekly visit to Target I purchased this pedal car for only $[...] Boy was that a deal!!!!! They are clearing them out at their stores across the USA so make sure you check your local Target store for this deal. The pedal car on the box says it's for ages 3 to 7. Here on Amazon its says 4 years old. I would defiantly think it is more in line for a 4 year old than a 3 year old. I purchased one for my God son who is 5 it fit him perfectly and one for my own son who it two. It is a neat toy for him and he likes it a lot. It is not made for yards that slope in anyway, however it does have a hand break for stopping. I would only recommend it to be used in a driveway or under supervision on a street. You need just as much space to ride this than you do a bike. Good deal!

We have had the car two months. My five year old son drives the pedal car every day and loves it. Overall it has held up well. The first day we had it, the plastic nose cone tore off. The plastic is too thin and the screw heads pulled right through. Other than this problem, the car has held up well.

My son LOVES his Speedy Pedal Car! He got this for his 4th birthday and he chooses this outside over his tricycle and his scooter. He can go pretty fast on it but it hasn't tipped over yet. In fact, he keeps up with his older siblings on their bikes even though he can't ride a two-wheeler yet. We added a "honker" horn and he honks at the neighbors and waves when we walk by. This is really a special little car, well worth the money, a great purchase.

Purchased this pedal car for my 3 year old son for christmas. Great Product. Easy to pedal and steer. Original review I read stated that the car had a free clutch and you need the hand brake to stop, but that is not the case with the car I received. If he stops pedaling, the car stops without having to use the hand break. Paid less than $100 for this car, and I anticipate it will last through the use of my now 4 month old son. I would definitely recommend this over the battery operated cars.

We bought this for my son, who is 2 1/2, around 38" tall, and 35 lbs. He wanted a bicycle, but we thought he wasn't quite ready yet. He loves this pedal car. He's just big enough to reach the pedals comfortably and get the thing going pretty fast. Steering is great and the car is very stable, i.e. would be very impossible to tip.

It was very easy to put together and seems very durable as most of it is made of metal. The plastic parts are a bit cheap though. Since the seat is adjustable, we expect years of use from the car. It's a nice, lower-cost alternative to the Kettler model, and a bit better suited to younger toddlers. Real eye-catcher out on the street or at the park. Not many of them around...

I picked this up at Target 2 years ago[...]. My son has gotten SO much use out of it. As soon as we put it togther we had all kinds of people asking where we got it. Our neighbor got lucky and scored 2 at another Target for the same price. We did have an issue with the steering wheel breaking after 18 months, but without issues Radio Flyer sent us a new one for free. This has been money well spent for sure. The adjustable seat also makes it easy for kids of different ages to share.

I bought this car for my 4 year old daughter and nephew. It was really easy to assemble. The seat is adjustable so even my 7 year old son can fit and we can push our 2 year old nephew.

Disadvantage is that the tires aren't rubber, they are plastic so they won't hold up as well and aren't as easy to pedal.

It's very durable and I'd probably purchase it again, just don't be disappointed in the tires.

Saw other products with much higher prices. Radio speedy pedal offers the greatest value. Good quality. Would suggest taking off the chain gaurd and adjusting chain tension per instructions prior to use - may need adjustment after factory. Also, will allow you to grease the chain. WD-40 to moving parts seems good too.

Would recommend the radio speed pedal car.

My kids love them (age 3 & 7)! It was the best present this Christmas. I love watching the kids zoom around on their carts, and I love that they use their own energy to make them go.

My girls have had a blast on this ride. It is great for kids around 5-9 years old! You can't be super tall though!
