We got this wagon a few months ago and have used it a few times. My husband doesn't have any problems with it, but it's too heavy and unwieldy for me to pull long distances. It's also too big to fit in the back of our Subaru Forester, so we can only take it within walking distance of our house - to the farmers market, the park, etc. It's a smooth ride for my son and my niece, who are both under 2. I can't imagine trying to pull them around when they get a little older and heavier!
The canopy seems kind of flimsy, since it's only held up by 4 thin, flexible plastic posts. It would be nice if you could adjust the canopy to block out the sun on the sides/front/back of the wagon. As it is, we have to use a blanket to shield the kids' eyes when the sun comes in from the side. Also, some of the accessories pictured are different than what we received. We got the version in the last picture (the one with 2 kids). The cup holders are red molded plastic and clip onto the slats. They're easy for my son to pull off and fun to toss out of the wagon. The rear storage bag and canopy bag hangers are red instead of white. The bags are spacious and can hold a couple of jackets, a blanket, a bicycle lock and 2 drinks, and the seat belts hold two squirmy toddlers in place.
Overall, I'm happy with it, but I wish it was a little more portable and more comfortable for me to use.

I happened to buy this at costco not amazon. Same price. It's gorgeous, really well built and easy to put together. Beautifully engineered. The bags, canopy other accessories are adorable and of a useful size too. But the cart is huge, heavy and really difficult to move with two 2 year old twins in it. They are average size and despite refilling the tires with air and spritzing joints with wd 40 I found it a lumbering beast that is difficult to get moving and a real workout to keep moving. Not really something I would enjoy dragging around for a day at an amusement park or even an hour at the farmers market etc which is what I had hoped to use it for besides being a toy. Even empty its pretty heavy to budge. Would absolutely dread having to use this for a walk around our slightly hilly neighborhood. The lighter all plastic, plastic wheeled thingys are are probably the way to go even if they don't look as good and are noisy. This is so heavy its impossible to load into the car easily. My kids are so in love with it that they won't let me return it.

Totally the "Ultimate" to be given as a gift...thought the arms holding the sun protection roof could have been sturdier. My grandson smiles on every ride. It is worth every penny.
Disappointed about this American item having a sticker saying "made in China" inside the box.
