This review is from: The Radiology Handbook: A Pocket Guide to Medical Imaging (White Coat Pocket Guide) (Paperback)
I got this to use for anatomy in medical school. Our anatomy class focused on just a few imaging cases, but they began to appear more frequently interspersed with other course material. So far, everything mentioned in syllabi and in board review sources is touched upon (perhaps briefly) in this book. Therefore, as a simple introductory survey into a very broad field, this book serves to cast a wide net and does a good job of making the content simple, straight-forward, and clinically relevant. I liked the question-answer outline considerably.
More books should be written this way.

This review is from: The Radiology Handbook: A Pocket Guide to Medical Imaging (White Coat Pocket Guide) (Paperback)
This book is intended to be a brief review of radio-logic modalities and common diseases that the imaging techniques are used for. The pages are glossy and thick making it durable and appealing. It does have enough images too, along with explanations.
