The Radius toothbrush is very effective, handle and head angle
make it very easy to get a good flat contact surface against the teeth. The bristles were very durable and I soaked mine in peroxide and it lasted much longer than an Oral-B or similar premium toothbrush. Well worth the price and the bigger surface area of the head makes each stroke approximately 4 times as effective as the small head styles, by my calculations. I really love it and will buy it again and again!

I found out about this toothbrush in the Ideal Bite newsletter (even though they were talking about Radius' Source toothbrush). I went to a local Vitamin Shoppe to snag mine, and I think it works just as well as an electric toothbrush, but it is much, much more comfortable. I don't have to worry about running into sensitive gum parts or nicking myself or just hurting myself. This brush does not hurt at all.
One thing to keep in mind- like any toothbrush, if you miss a spot, you'll also miss that same spot with this brush. The wide head does not solve all of your problems. It does, however, make your mouth feel super clean, and if you take the extra time to make sure you brush your commonly missed spots, you'll really enjoy brushing your teeth! Much better than the dentist's office "clean" feeling!
