I bought a pair of these at a retail store, and they have been great. I like them so much, I bought a second pair from Amazon.

I wear my sandals almost daily in the summer, so I need a pair that is durable. These fit the bill. They are also comfortable right out of the box, the cloth straps do not cut into my feet at all. I have always liked sandals with the clips like these have instead of velcro. They don't collect lint and are easy to fasten. The clip attaches around your ankle, then you can pull the strap tight if you want, or leave them a little loose. There are also fittings on the straps over your foot to pull those strap tight, or again leave them a little loose.

After an old pair of NIKEs I had for ever finaly wore out I had to find a replcement. The New NIKE pair I bought broke within a year. One of the strap anchor points simply tore away from the bottom of the sandal.

These sandals have straps that are sewn to the anchors, and the stitching has come out more than once already. I might give them 4-1/2 stars because the stitching could be better but it has been very easy to re-sew the strap ends myself so 5 stars it is.

After almost 2 weeks of looking at a variety of sandals on Amazon, I settled on this brand and sandal. I am amazed at how many sandals Amazon sells on their site... it can be exhausting just looking at sandal after sandals... not to mention price.

When I got them, they felt and looked great out of the box. I wore them for a couple of days expecting to 'break them in' before they would feel right. Guess what? No need to 'break them in' as they are just comfortable as soon as you put them on. The straps, as one reviewer already stated, had snap clips which are a whole lot better than velcro. After adjusting the straps to make my new sandals feel better on the top portion of my feet... I was ready to start walking with them. After 10 days, I can safely say that these sandals are by far the BEST sandals I have ever owned.

I recommend them!
