Kedar is one of the most pleasing Ragas in the Indian classical system. The character of Santoor blends very much with the nature of Kedar.

Another live performance by Shivkumar Sharma with Zakir Hussain's marvellous tabla accompaniment. Excellent recording quality (DDD).

Unfortunately, not many musicians are playing Kedar these days and this albums stands as a major link to the past glory.

From the personal side, this album has always made me happy regardless of my mental condition prior to listening.
