This is a CD of instrumental versions of Yoga chant music, called ragas. They are melodic, lush, stirring, and haunting, prompting the listener to turn his/her awareness inside. Wonderful for formal meditation or just relaxation. You can not go wrong with this CD; it is just beautiful.
