This review is from: Talking Lala Teletubbies Doll. (Toy)
I purchased these teletubbies for my son who's almost 3 years old. He loves to watch the Teletubbies over and over and over. I gave him the plush toys and he didn't want to have anything to do with them. Even if I pushed the button on the hand. He watched the videos and didn't care for them too much. In fact, he wants to watch the 2 videos that last 1 hr each. They are Dance Along with the Teletubbies and Bedtime Stories and Lullabies. I think that he prefers the longer tapes and he is more entertained with them. They have a lot going on in them and are more interactive. One of the tapes that came along with the plush doll was "It's time to crawl" and the other tape (we got 2 dolls with tapes)is called "Time to hear the horns". The crawling tape bored him to see babies crawling. I personally think the plush toys are a great size, very soft and adorable and the buttons are easy to push on them. I also like the fact that you can turn the switch off on the plush toys so that your child can sleep with it without it talking in the night and waking up your child if he/she leaned on the hand with the button in it. I thought he'd enjoy the plush toys since he loves to watch them on t.v. but he didn't care for them. I think it's just an individual thing.

My 2 year old loves this set we got it for him after he became addicted to the TV show on PBS. He will sit down and watch the video with the stuff toy and also try and repeat what it says when you squeeze it. It has helped us try and teach him to talk, even though the words may not be clear the baby still tries and imitate what it says. We as parents have enjoyed this program and toy. If your child is into Teletubbies its a must have for their collection.
