VCI Entertainment and Universal Pictures present "Ragtime Cowoy Joe" (1940) (digitally remastered), long running Johnny Mack Brown series turned out in the early '40s...our story opens with Johnny Mack Brown being blamed for the murder of Sam Osborne...but we all know Johnny is innocent and our vllain of the picture Dick Curtis is the real culprit...could it be the case of I want your ranch and the only way is to remove the obstacle is you...cattle rustling is the name of the game and Nell O'Day is in a pack of trouble...Nell is probably the best shot and rider on the Universal lot, but Johnny Mack and his sidekick Fuzzy need to come to her aid and save the day...the love interest is Lynn Merrick, who has her eye set on Johnny, but first things first...the hot lead must fly during some hard riding and outstanding chases, can we count on our hero for a bang up finish....just remember double thrills, chills, mystery and suspense...hitting the bull's eye with excitement...don't miss any of Johnny Mack Brown's Double Features loaded with action that will leave you wanting more of his B-Western adventures .
