These things work pretty well. Given about a week to work they work pretty darn well. They have to be replaced about every 3-6 months but that's about how long they're supposed to last.

Saved my sanity,

I have never had a problem with cockroaches until last Spring. I believe they came in when we installed a new dishwasher (possibly came in w/ packaging or the machine iteself). We wound up with a terrible problem in my kitchen. I FREAKED OUT! I read an article for research done on cockroach elimination. Very informative, and relatively simple to do. Here's the link..[...] I purchased a package of Raid Roach Trap and Egg Stop at my local WalMart for about [...], and some cheap boric acid (as the article said to do). I followed the instructions to the T. Within approximately 2 weeks, I hardly saw any more at all and within 3 weeks, they were COMPLETELY gone. Completely. None. Sooooooooooooooooooooo happy!!!

more and bigger roaches, product doesn't work at all. I placed all units in the kitchen and bathroom. No results at all, roaches are getting much bigger and coming out during the day time.
Also, note the opennings are too small for big roaches.
