If a half-helmet is what you want, this is a nice product. Looks great, fits comfortably. The visor snaps off so you can install a third-party half-face shield if you want to protect the eyes from flying bugs. A half helmet give you the feeling of unobstructed vision but, of course, provides no protection from injury to your face. All things considered, I like it and I'm keeping it.

This lightweight helmet came in the mail the other day and I could not wait to get it on. IT IS AWESOME. Very comfy interior, stylish detachable visor. I feel like the T2000 riding down the street with this and my sunglasses on. I have yet to test its impact capabilities (and I hope I never will). It does have the DOT sticker on it, so I am trusting they did their job. I would recommend this to anyone shopping for a moped or scooter helmet. I'm also going to hook myself up with some old-school aviator goggles to complete the look.

This is a very nice helmet and I've received a few compliments on it. I noticed that it fits well and cancels out a lot of the sounds from my load pipes. My other half helmet does not lower the noise at all. Very good product.

This is a good helmet, nothing negative to say...comfortable, and the zip out feature is nice. Now that we have cool weather it is nice to keep that part of the padding attached, it provides comfort and warmth over the ears. Excellent value for the price.

I bought this to use while riding my Vespa around town in Dallas. The helmet fits great... the build quality is good and it looks perfect. I put reflective checkerboard down the center. If you want a casual helmet with good looks you can't go wrong here.

I love my helmet. It looks awesome and feels solid. I like that it has a padded protection that covers the ears and back of the neck that can be taken off by unzipping. There's also a detachable visor that snaps on the front. I use it for when I ride my moped and if I tilt my head down, it cuts the wind so it's not blowing as much in my eyes and face. It's very comfortable and not too heavy. It fits perfectly in the storage compartment under my moped seat, which is great if you don't want it to get stolen or have to carry it wherever you're going.

I tried this helmet in both medium and large - and neither fit very well. So I went to a store to try on some other helmets and compare this one to some others and what I found is that while the inside of other half-shells are oval to accommodate a human head, the inside of *this* helmet is round - that's why it felt weird, no matter the size and that's why it looked like a mushroom top on my head.

I know that unless the half-shell helmet is a "novelty" helmet w/o any padding etc, it wont sit flush against your head & there is a chance it can look like a mushroom top even with a good fit - but the fact that the inside of this is round, made the fitting & mushroom-y shape even worse.

I also didnt like the fact that there was no protection for your chin against the pinching of the D-ring & strap; and also, the visor had room to move back & forth on the outside snaps, and up & down on the middle snap -- but the middle snap section had so much play in it that the damn visor wouldnt stay in the lowered position I wanted it - the wind would blow it back up. To be fair, it is only about 1/2 inch difference, but on those sunny days when you could use the visor in its lowest position, popping back up is *not* cool.

The vents & removable neck curtain were very cool - but they didnt make up for the wonky visor & ill-shaped insides.


Also, I dont honestly believe this is DOT approved. The DOT on the back is literally just a "D" sticker, a "O" sticker, and a "T" sticker - not the normal "DOT Approved" raised sticker with the "official" numbers on it. Whether I am mistaken or not, it was still enough to make me question the safety of the helmet - and that coupled with the other things I didnt like about it prompted me to return it. I then went to a store, paid $15 more than this one, and got a helmet that I *know* fits right, that I *know* looks good (read: not like a mushroom top), and that I *know* is DOT approved.

I love this helmet. The removable neck protector is nice when the weather changes, and it looks good either way.
For a size large, it fits snugly, but is not uncomfortable.
I was in a crash last year, and this helmet saved my noggin. Highly recommended!

I bought this helmet as a summer top capable of easily supporting my bluetooth head gear. I planned on rarely wearing it, but found it to be extremely comfortable. The design lends itself well to a bluetooth unit, speakers, and a mic. Could be a little better vented, but the heat never gets unbearable. Great item.

The Helmet is just what I have been looking for, size fit very well, and it is a high quality. It might be a bit heavy but I still rate it high
