Firstly, I see that this product is currently listed at five times its value.

I am 17. This toy is great fun. The drum mag is worth the money alone. I purchased this exact bonus pack at walmart, with the extra drum magazine. I use one with my Raider, and one with my Recon. The streamline darts are fine, as expected, with exactly 35 darts included for each clip. The action is great, and feels smooth, however, when the slide reaches halfway, it catches.. at this point, you can only pull it back all the way. I mod nerf guns, and was horrified at the gun's initial performance. It shoots MAYBE 10 feet, accurately, with PERFECT darts. Other darts just plop out of the barrel. The slam fire is also difficult as you can probably pump a lot faster than the gun can fire - the air restrictors really slow the plunger down. Upon disassembling the gun, I was scared away from any modding... But my review should not be of a modified gun.

I like the details, and it has a sort of digital camo throughout. The handles feel great, and the trigger pull feels fine. The extendable stock is great once it is clicked into A position - if not, it will slide out on it's own. The stock feels much sturdier than that of my Recon.

The drum mag is phenomenal. It easily holds 37 darts, and rarely jams. If fits smoothly into the Raider, Recon, and Longshot. I am yet to try it with the Longstrike. There is a small amount of wiggle room with the Raider. Not an issue, just an observation.

I would definitely recommend this gun for kids just looking for fun, or maybe little ones that find constant reloads with the six shot clips too tedious to be fun. I am happy I bought this package for the two drum mags, but I am not terribly happy with the gun itself. It still looks great and is semi fun (for a 17 year old - again, I'm sure little ones would have a blast with this).

Seems to feed the darts more consistantly than other clip systems, without smashing the dart tips. It still takes about the same amount of time for each dart to load into the clip/drum magazine. Only slim & undamaged dart tips recommended.

Because we have 4 different dart types we use, I still prefer the single shot and a hand full of darts, when there are obstacles to hide behind.

Purchased this for my grandson. Our of the box the guns action seemed to look up and the action would not open no matter what I did. Being frustrated and not wanting to ruin the fun I completely disassembled the gun and finally discovered that there was a latch in the gun that is there strictly for assembly purposes but was out of alignment. I removed this part and the gun worked fine and is still working. It is a total BLAST! Although I did this I would not recommend taking this apart. It is just as complicated as a real firearm. I suspect that the problem is factory issue that is corrected.

While you can't buy additional 35-dart drums separately from Hasbro yet, and the CS-35 is very cool, this price is insane! You could buy nearly FOUR CS-35 blasters for this price on Amazon. The bonus drum is worth maybe $15, so the price should be $50, not $130. Wow!

The Raider is a great nerf blaster, with the addition of the second 35-dart drum was an added bonus. The stock range isn't great, but once you do some simple modifications, or get the upgrade kit from Orange Mod Works, this becomes a force in Nerf Wars or HvZ.

My grandson loved this and loves to shoot them at all of their dogs. They even have fun chasing them. However, the biggest and one that get's into the most trouble EATS the nerf bullets and they upset his stomach! lol!

We bought this gun for our nine year old son for Christmas. The extra drum and darts have really extended the time of nearly uninterrupted blasting since drums can be changed quickly. The only down side of having 70 darts is that he doesn't seem as concerned about finding them all when he's through. After all he still has a bunch. The hits from the darts don't hurt even at close range. He has hit the Christmas tree a few times when he missed a sibling and hasn't broken or knocked off any ornaments. It's easy to load. He put the drum on upside down once and damaged one dart in the process. It only took a couple minutes with the box and instructions to learn to load and connect the drums properly. Our nineteen year old has fun borrowing this too. I guess we need a second one so they can really have a good battle.

It is a fun toy but the gun does jam and doesn't shoot as far as I hoped.
