It's introspective and spiritual but people of all faiths can read this book..it is not for "one" religious faith. It's really univeral to all people.

What a treat.The journey of self discovery aided by thought provoking images and ideas. Ms Carlino lets the reader explore their own feelings with out being preachy. A wonderful book to give as a gift to someone you love.

Cristina Carlino is a wonderful and truly inspirational woman with a great deal of wisdom. I really enjoyed this book.

This book is a great guide to use daily for deeper understanding of yourself, your behavoir, your goals, basically who you are and what you want. I like the book so much I bought 4 as gifts. I just love the cards too!
