5.0 out of 5 stars A great upbeat funky album, July 16, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Rainbow Connection (Audio CD)
Josh Rifkin and bandmates put together an album of funky, catchy tunes including "17 reasons" and "made to last in america". I've listened to this album hundreds of times and it never fails to put me in a good mood. Well worth the purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars A modern day masterpeice, May 24, 2004

James Phillips (California (the Terminator State)) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rainbow Connection (Audio CD)
Mumblin' Jim is a band that truly represents the many quality artists that never get the support of radio play, and yet are many times better than most popular artists on the radio today. This debut album is phenominal! It contains a wonderful blend of 60's garage style that the Zombies and Seeds brought us, combined with the funk of the Average White Band. Everyone I've played this for always asks "who is that?!" Mumblin' Jim is very infectious. Be the first on your block to own it. Make sure you have a CD burner.
