About the Author
It was in 1970 that Jane's mother married Maurice Blatty, brother of best selling author and screenplay writer, William Peter Blatty, known for his novel and movie, THE EXORCIST. That's when Jane began to think seriously about writing. During her years in California she collabrated with Disney and CBS scriptwriters on various projects. Then in 1985, she wrote her first adventure novel, THE LAST JOURNEY, which was optioned for a major movie by Amoya Productions in Los Angeles. Years later, Jane found her true calling by writing children's story books. The inspiration for Rainbow Eyes came from her own psychic experiences about earth changes, her participation in Northwest Indian Pow Wows, Vision Quests and Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, her search for petroglyphys in Idaho and Nevada and her great love and respect for all earth's creatures. Jane devotes time to reading to elementary schools and hospitals in Boise, Idaho, where she resides with her husband, cat and dog. Currently, she is working on several children's stories and an adventure novel set in Egypt.
