This is a perfectly great B-complex supplement .. gluten free, with amino acids, superfoods, calcium/magnesium etc. However, had there been a copy of the traditional supplement facts list available I'd have been more likely to notice that it has a supplemental ingredient that won't work for me. These vitamins are full of great food-sourced nutrients and do give me more energy. I gave them four stars instead of five because they are bitter and dry and hard to swallow, unlike the Rainbow Light prenatals.

there is no doubt this is a quality manufacture, food based vitamin supplement, the reason i buy it here is because of the price and regular shipping even gives more of a discount and when you find a good vitamin supplement, it only helps if you take it regularly.. it is twice this much at new seasons.

Because your body recognizes a food based vitamin as food other than a chemical, it processes and absorbs it more naturally. This is an excellent product. It arrived in a timely fashion and the price was great. I've been taking this for nearly 2 years and it has made a healthy difference in my life.

I'm not a fan of the after taste. I thought I was ordering the food-based vitamin B-complex. My mistake. I'll take them and then order the right ones next time. These upset my stomach a bit but I'll live.

This is a great B complex. Gentle on the stomach but I can feel the extra boost of energy when I take them. The only thing I don't like about them is the smell. They have a very strong vitamin smell. You don't taste it once it's taken, and it doesn't keep me from using them but I do hold my breath until it is swallowed.
