I deal with anxiety daily and have some social phobia because of it. I started taking this on a regular basis, 2-3 times a day and have noticed a significant improvement in how calm I feel. I can interact in social settings and I rarely get worked up any more. When I miss a day of taking these, I can feel the difference. A very good buy for anyone looking for some peace.
