I have trouble swallowing large pills and have had digestive issues with some vitamin pills. These taste good and sit well with my stomach. I have taken them daily with no problems. Suggested use is one pill per day, so the 50 gummies last 50 days.

The only negative thing I can say about this product is that my children hound me for more than the recommended dosage. However, I knew that these were sweetened (candy!) so it's forgivable. Great, affordable way to supplement--no one in the house ever forgets to take this one.

What a wonderful way to take Vitamins. Its like having a candy treat instead of swallowing pills that might get stuck in my throat. I recommend this item to anyone in need for Vitamin D. My Physician has me on a 5000 IU regimen and I rather chew on a great tasting gummy than take 5 pills.

wonderful taste, and at 1000IU, you don't need to count out a bunch of little 250 or 500IU's to get a proper dosage. Makes it fun to take your vitamins!

I have a hard time swallowing pills so when my doc said he wanted me to up my vit D intake I was very happy to find these on Amazon. Most chewable vitamins taste like chalk but these actually taste good even without a chaser. Make sure to keep away from children however because for sure they will think it's candy.

A great way to take your daily Vitamin D. Taste great. No stomach problems like I encountered with other Vitamin D products. I trust Rainbow Light vitamins.

If you only plan to use these in WInter than you are set, but even in my air conditioned house these things melted into a gummy goop. Good thing they were cheap. They taste good, but eh..... Not anything really thrilling and are high in fructose, so you'd be better off getting some you can swallow. Most calcium pills have vit d, so I don't know why I even bought this.
