5.0 out of 5 stars fascinating animals!, December 8, 2006
I am a teacher and recently shared this book with my students. We love this book! Here are some reasons why: 1) It has a picture of the Mayan people who used to live and make sacrifices to their god. 2) It shows camouflaged animals like the leaf katydid. 3) There is a frog that uses its toes like parachutes. 4) There is a plant that traps and eats insects. 5) There is a lizard that can walk on water. Thanks to Jen Green for writing such a fascinating book!
