This book is a bit older but is a gem. It includes not just the classics but some newer, fresher ideas. The best parts include ways to motivate volunteers, and very detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to run the fundraisers, from the small to the big. Excellent especially for non-creative folks such as I trying to help out nonprofit organizations!
