About the Author

Sri Joseph Ketron has been practicing Yoga for 26 years. In recent years, he slowly intensified his devotion to Yoga. He received his Masters Degree of Yoga Education from High-Tech Yoga in Lowell, Massachusetts.He is a member of St. Olaf?s Roman Catholic Church in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he plays the drums and other percussion instruments at two masses a week. He currently teaches Flow Hatha Yoga for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation at the Williamsburg Lodge and Sacred Grounds in Williamsburg.
