I'm new to home curry cooking and have been using those teeny little expensive containers from the spice section of the grocery store. I was a bit anxious that, if I didn't like the flavor of this, I'd have a big tin of curry powder sitting there forever. But this stuff is great! It's a nice, deep flavor, plenty spicy enough for my taste. I've used this in two dishes so far along with other spices like cumin and cinnamon and enjoyed every bite!
