This review is from: Ralph's Party (Paperback)
It took me a while to get into this novel. I'm not sure if it is because of the writing technique or the fact that this is a British novel and that sometimes takes me some time to feel comfortable in the text. Ralph's Party is the story of young 20 something's in London who are trying to figure out their relationships. Each of them is in a messy friendship or relationship or older relationship that has fallen stale. Everything for everyone changes the night that Ralph has a party. His party brings out everyone's true colors and things are never the same for any of the characters. A fun, quick read about love, loss and how to get through all the tough times.
